My illustration was chosen for this year's Costume Designers Guild's Holiday card!
This is what the finished design looks like.

Another project

Costume illustration I did for the designer Morganne Tree Newson.
The film featuring this design is Eating the Bones, a Canadian production with an African Canadian director/writer and an all African Canadian cast.

Recent Projects

Some costume illustrations I did for the promotional brochure for the short project Privateer. I really hope a full-length version will make it to the screen at some point.
Costumes designed by Mary Malin.

Life Drawing - Part 2

Life Drawing

So, I've been going to the life drawing sessions Tuesday nights at YWCA, Santa Monica. They have some amazing models! The poses are 1-2 min warm-ups, 5 min, 10 min, 15 and the longest ones are 20 min.

Some personal work

I could probably work on these a little longer, but didn't really feel like it. Plus didn't want them to start looking stale and overworked. Moving on...

Postcard Competition

I did this for the Costume Designers Guild postcard competition to promote CDG at the IATSE convention in Orlando, Florida. The design had to be related to the interests of the CDG, focus on a tropical Florida theme and incorporate the IA Union Logo somehow.
So, here it is.

Twilight Costume Illustrations

Here are some ilios I did for Twilight. Too bad I didn't get to go to Portland, but had a great time working on these here in LA with the costume designer Wendy Chuck! (Seems like such a long time ago...)
Oh, these are all published by the way, as part of the Twilight Director's Notebook by Catherine Hardwicke.

New post!

Did this as a Birthday gift for my friend Callalilly. It's her and her pitbull Annabelle.

Revolutionary Road

A couple of sketches I did for the Revolutionary Road, costume design by Albert Wolsky.
